How do I share videos and photos with you?

I have a portal where you can upload. This is easily done from your phone or a computer.

How many photos/videos should I include?

This can vary depending on the length of your clips but typically a 1-2 min film needs 30-80 clips and a 3-5 min film needs 50-250 clips. Click here to see more details on film options.

Can you help me with filming tips and tricks?

What music do you use?

We have access to thousands of songs that we can use with appropriate permission. We select music based on your film and moments. Due to licensing, we have to be specific about the music used to be sure artists are compensated appropriately.

Can you include photos in the film?

Yes, we can include photos and if videos aren’t your thing, we can do a film using only photos. Or, we can blend both!

Do you use all the clips?

Not always. When you purchase a film, we’ll ask for a short form to be filled out. On that form, just let us know if there are must-have clips. Otherwise, we’ll find the best moments for your film.

Can’t I do this myself? Why should I pay for this?

Of course. You may be capable of doing it yourself. The question is...will you? I can promise you that my family films are truly some of my most treasured things. My kids watch them, my family watches them and they get more and more valuable as each day passes. So yes, of course you can do it but I can assure you having them done is such a gift.
